Prescription Medications

Not all patients are candidates for hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 medications, or other prescription treatments discussed on this site. Kali operates on a cash-pay basis and does not bill insurance directly. Superbills are provided as a courtesy for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. We do not guarantee that any insurance plan will reimburse for services rendered — reimbursement eligibility and amount are determined solely by your individual insurance plan.
